We are prepared for a wide range of venues and site conditions.


  • Four All-Clad ovens capable of temperatures up to 1000°F
  • Portable battery power system for events without electrical access
  • Battery-powered refrigeration capable of maintaining food below 40°F for up to 12 hours
  • Bluetooth temperature probes for continuous food temperature monitoring
  • 2.8mm thick PVC flooring provided for all events to protect surfaces underneath
  • Clean, self-contained setup — no trailers, no food trucks, no permanent impact

We focus on premium ingredients and thoughtful preparation.


  • Tomatoes sourced from the Napoli region, blended with San Marzano DOP tomatoes
  • Pesto directly from Liguria, Italy
  • 24-month aged Parmigiano-Reggiano
  • 18-month aged Prosciutto Crudo di Parma
  • Scorpion salt made from chilies sourced from Trinidad & Tobago
  • Fresh basil, EVOO, and only premium mozzarella used.

Our service model is designed for efficiency and guest satisfaction.


  • Event teams of up to eight staff members
  • Throughput of approximately 60 pizzas per hour
  • Ideal for open-flow events, festivals, school functions, wineries, breweries, and private gatherings
  • Square POS systems available for guest-paid events 
  • KDS monitors to ensure timely delivery of orders (currently averaging approximately six minutes per order) 
  • Structured setup, service, and teardown process.

Yes. All pizzas are prepared and baked live on-site using our mobile setup as part of the event experience. 


Our standard setup typically requires approximately 300–375 square feet of outdoor space. We’re happy to review photos or discuss layout details in advance to ensure a smooth fit. 


Electrical access is helpful but not required. Our operation is fully self-contained with portable battery power, and a compliant handwashing station is part of our setup. 


 

Yes. Ferruccio’s operates as a licensed catering company and carries general liability insurance in accordance with local requirements. Certificates of insurance are available upon request and can include additional insured parties as needed.


Yes. Our tent-based setup is clean, modern, and intentionally designed to integrate seamlessly into high-end private residences and upscale venues. There is no truck or trailer to look at, and we can set up in a backyard, courtyard, or even in the middle of a field. 


We cater a wide range of events, including private home gatherings, school and youth events, corporate functions, wineries, breweries,  festivals, and community celebrations. 


Yes. Gluten-free and vegan options are available. Please share any dietary needs during the planning process so we can curate an appropriate menu. 


Yes. Our team manages arrival, setup, service, and breakdown, allowing you to enjoy your event without interruption.


Yes. Menus are thoughtfully curated based on your event type, guest count, and preferences. 


Yes. Our setup is designed to be respectful of residential environments, with a professional footprint and controlled service flow.  We will work with your community manager to ensure that we are following community guidelines.
