Ciao,
If you just got handed the office event, this is the guide we wish every office manager had before their first call to a caterer. Corporate pizza catering is straightforward when the caterer handles the building logistics, and painful when those land on you.
The paperwork comes first
Office buildings and campuses almost always require a certificate of insurance before an outside caterer sets foot on the property, usually naming the property manager as additional insured. Ask any caterer for this on day one. We return COIs the same business day, backed by $2,000,000 in general liability, $1,000,000 auto, and workers' compensation, because a caterer who struggles to produce insurance paperwork will struggle with the rest too.
You do not need a kitchen, a courtyard works
Our setup runs on its own battery power and refrigeration, with a built-in handwashing station, so a courtyard, patio, rooftop terrace, or corner of the parking structure works fine. The footprint is 300 to 375 square feet. No extension cords into the break room, no requests to borrow anything. Facilities managers tend to appreciate this more than anyone.
The lunch hour math
People eat about 0.7 pizzas each at our events, and the ovens produce up to 60 pizzas per hour, so a 60 person team eats comfortably inside a one hour window with pizzas still coming out hot for the stragglers from the 12:30 meeting. For all hands events and celebrations, a longer service window lets shifts and departments come through in waves.
What it costs and how to book
Packages start at $2,000 covering up to 70 guests, with larger headcounts quoted individually. Booking is one conversation: date, headcount, building requirements, menu preferences including gluten free and vegan counts, and you are done. The team handles setup, service, and teardown while your people just show up and eat.
Have a date or a quarter-end celebration coming? The full rundown lives on our corporate pizza catering page, or send the details and the quote and COI usually come back the same day.
