Paradise Valley hosts care what a caterer looks like in their backyard, and that is exactly why our setup exists. There is no truck idling in the driveway and no trailer parked on the street. Our NFPA 701 certified tent, stainless prep tables, and four ovens arrive with our team, set up quietly on protective flooring, and disappear just as cleanly at the end of the night.
The operation runs without your power or water. Battery systems run the equipment, refrigeration holds food below 40 degrees, and a compliant handwashing station is part of the footprint. For gated communities and HOAs, we coordinate with your community manager and provide certificates of insurance naming any party your association requires.
Menus lean on the ingredients we are known for: San Marzano DOP tomatoes, 24 month aged Parmigiano-Reggiano, Liguria pesto, and Prosciutto Crudo di Parma aged 18 months. Gluten free and vegan guests are covered without anyone feeling like an afterthought.
