Ferruccio's provides on-site pizza service for wineries, breweries, and taprooms across the Phoenix Metro area, either as booked catering for your private events or as guest-paid service where visitors buy by the pizza and we handle payment on our own Square POS.
Two Ways to Work Together
Booked Catering
- Your venue books us for a release party, club night, or private event
- Flat packages from $2,000 covering up to 70 guests
- Menu built to pair with what is in your glasses and taps
- COIs naming your venue as additional insured
Guest-Paid Pizza Nights
- Guests buy per pizza; we bring our own Square POS
- Fresh 12 inch pizzas to order, about six minutes each
- Your taproom gets a food draw without running a kitchen
- Clean tent setup that fits a patio, lawn, or parking area
The whole operation is self-contained, with battery power, refrigeration, and our own handwashing station, so we take nothing from your building but a place to stand. Fire safety is covered by NFPA 701 tents, listed propane components, and proper extinguishers, with clearances that satisfy site inspections.
