Large event pizza catering is a throughput problem before it is a food problem. A caterer who makes wonderful pizza at 15 pies an hour will bury a school carnival in a forty minute line. The question that decides whether your big event works is simple: how many pizzas per hour, sustained, for how long?
The Numbers That Feed a Crowd
Our setup runs four ovens at over 900 degrees, producing up to 60 pizzas per hour with a team of up to eight. Orders move through our kitchen display system in about six minutes. Applying the 0.7 pizzas per guest factor, that capacity serves a 150 guest reception across a normal dinner window, or a few hundred attendees at a festival where people eat in waves rather than all at once.
Big Crowd, Same Small Footprint
Scaling up does not mean taking over your venue. The footprint stays 300 to 375 square feet whether we are feeding 40 or 240, because the capacity comes from oven count and crew, not floor space. The layout separates ordering from pickup so lines move in one direction, and the whole operation runs on its own battery power and refrigeration. A field, a blacktop, a parking lot: all fine, no hookups.
Two Ways to Pay for a Big Event
Hosted. You book us, guests eat free. Packages start at $2,000 for up to 70 guests, and larger groups are quoted individually so the pricing follows your actual headcount.
Guest-paid. For festivals, carnivals, and community events, attendees buy by the pizza at our own Square POS. The organizer books the booth, families pay for what they eat, and nobody at the school handles a cash box.
What Large Event Organizers Ask Us For
Certificates of insurance naming the district, municipality, or venue as additional insured. Fire safety documentation: NFPA 701 tents, listed propane components, extinguisher placement, and oven clearances. A site layout drawing for the fire marshal. A Certified Food Protection Manager on site. All of it is standing paperwork for us, usually returned the same business day, and our For Event Planners page lists every credential in one place.
